How do you manage screen time for yourself?

Lately breathing and screen time go hand in hand.
Its getting really difficult to get away from screens.
Due to the kind of jobs we are in, some or other way, the respective screen one has to stick with it.
I still try to get away from it by –
– setting a time line multiple times in a day like, whatever it may be, for next 15 minutes, I won’t touch it
– as I walk home to office, I avoid using it and try look at the people and road traffic
– at home, I always order more books than I can read, so the guilt of not reading those help me put the mobiles away for sometime
– also I spend most of the home time in kitchen along with my wife, talking or just being there with her
– one more thing, I try using headphones, so even I am using mobile, it makes me avoid fiddling with screen at least for that time.
We can’t stop it, but should try avoid it.
