Favorite School Subject

What was your favorite subject in school?

School is an emotional thing for almost everyone.

Even if someone utters words like “school days”, mind drifts back to those golden days.

But, for many the golden days are just for the fun minus the syllabus.

For me, its more or less same, but still I loved the language subjects more.

English, Hindi and Marathi.

The short chapters from various fields and authors.

Few from history, some of great people, few humorous.

Not to forget the poems.

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall

Or “Nach re Mora ( hey peacock, lets dance) ” in marathi.

Mera Chhata (my umbrella) in Hindi.

Not only in school, but this liking of languages continued till college and helped me grow my reading habbit and thats the one which motivates me to scribble a little bit, which I do.

The school language chapters have a special place in heart.

When the discussion goes to school days, and those chapters, it certainly gives a feeling of hugging a best old friend.

Miss those days. 😌
