Walking – my Me time

What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

I am very lazy guy and exercise is the one I rarely go for.

But the most liked physical activity for me is to walk.

Walking – i love it, it’s a multi tasking thing for us.

When you walk, you obviously doing a physical activity, you are trying to reach to your decided destination, you save on fuel, you can talk to someone on the way and the moat important thing is walking gives us our “me time”.

It gives us time to think, ponder on the things happened during the day or think for future.

It gives time to reflect back on the deeds, whether we were right or wrong.

Also while walking we are able to see lot many things closely.

And if you are lucky you may meet your friend in between or may be if lucky someone beautiful and to be soulmate.

Who knows, just give a try…

keep walking.
