Describe a man who has positively impacted your life.
There are many but particularly speaking about my boss in my last organisation.
I found this guy, a very particular person, who always gives a proper thinking – a logical one to almost all the things.
He never hesitated to go back on his decisions if he gets it logically.
There are no emotions but he always was empathetic.
At work we used to discuss on many things and i used to love his perspective about everything.
His way of storytelling, never get angry or take decision in anger is the one i literally trying to imbibe in myself.
The one biggest thing i found is literally no ego despite being at such a senior position.
So much learnt and many things impacted positively on me.
