What makes a good leader?
When we think of a leader, we always have an image of dashing, devil may care person, a quick decision maker.
We always consider an aggressive one as a leader.
Ideally a leader should also afraid of few things.
He should be careful that his brash decisions should not create any issues to his team.
He should be calm and kind so that people should reach out to him without fear.
He should be open to suggestions and criticism.
One important thing is he should not be a shameless guy.
For the betterment of people, he needs to be blunt and upfront as well.
One more thing, in his life, he/she should strive to create more leaders and not stick to that position for long.
