I feel, instead of ‘How do you relax’, the question should be “Do you relax?’ and that won’t be an exaggeration.
Life got so much entangled in so many things, a few created by the circumstances and many due to self-made issues, expectations etc.
It is not like I don’t relax, I always try to find out the ways to get relaxed.
Sometimes, reading a book, sometimes just watching people sitting at a bench in the garden.
Listening to favourite music is one of the most common ways of getting relaxed and I think that’s true with everyone.
Sometimes, just be with the better-half, not speaking anything.
When kid is at home, try to make something along with him and give wifey some time to relax, is also a way for me to feel relax.
When I visit native, then just to listen to parents, what they are saying, sometimes they talk about village situation, sometimes they get nostalgic about my childhood, I don’t do much, I feel relax, just hearing them.
And not to forget, chatting with close friends, sometimes, that call gets longer than an hour or two, but that gives more relaxation than to endlessly scroll the internet.
At few instances, just sit in the chair, closing eyes is the best kind of relaxation I get.
Depending on the situation, time and mood, everyone has their own way of relaxations.
