We don’t know where we will be taking our last breath, and also unexpectedly we on our own reach where it’s destined.

In Indian mythology, there is a God of death – YAMA. It’s been said that He exactly reaches to the place and time where your life going to end, and He never misses it.
Once what happened, Yama reached at a place. A rabbit and eagle – both friends were talking to each other. They were at extreme south of India.
Rabbit got scared looking at the Yama [there is also a saying, that one, whose end is nearing only able to see the Yama- the God of Death] and asked its friend eagle to take him far away from the current place.
Eagle, being a good friend, flew him to the extreme North in the Himalayas and dropped him there in one of the caves. Poor rabbit feels safe there, but suddenly a snow bear attacked and killed the rabbit.
Now, Yama took the soul of the rabbit and during the discussion with rabbit’s soul, he said, I was worried a bit, as you were supposed to die in Himalayas and how could a little creature like you reach that far so quick.
The most uncertain thing in the life is death. It’s a difficult and dreaded thing. Even uttering the word ‘death’ gives shivers to one.
It’s uncertain and at the same time can be a surprising one, as we don’t know where on earth [or for that matter in space], one will be taking his/her last breath.
So, as I mentioned we don’t know where we will be taking our last breath, and also unexpectedly we on our own reach where it’s destined.
Similar story happened in reality few months back, when a British billionaire ‘Hamish Harding’ along with five other members died when on a voyage to see the wreckage of Titanic in the North Atlantic ocean. [RIP]
Now who could have imagined that a Billionaire, who had all the facilities at his end, had been destined to die deep inside the sea. General imagination can be anything – at home, hospital, on road, air crash, heart attack etc, but deep in the sea – unimaginable. Moreover they paid a whopping $250,000 per person for the ride.
But that’s what is with the death.
So what we can take it from above. We can’t help with the death, but certainly what we can do is to be humble, try to be what you are, be happy [at least try for it], empathize with most, be patient as we don’t know what someone is going through and lastly be kind to everyone as we don’t know when that meet can be a last one, not to repent later.
I am trying hard for it. See you!
