Lack of Empathy

‘No empathy towards people below you’, is a big red flag for me.

I can understand, in tis world, being silent, won’t help.

You have to be a tit-for-tat and that’s applicable everywhere, whether it’s a personal or professional life.

But, I feel it won’t be applicable for the people working under you.

Because, they are doing it just because, they have been told to do.

Many times, it’s those people who are at the receiving end and have to bear the brunt.

So, I hate the people, who despite knowing, it’s not the fault of those guys, yell at them, it brings a rage inside me.

We are mature enough and we should understand it.
